Orchard and Market Rental

Rolling hills, trees in bloom, a vineyard, and the nostalgia of Brant’s Apple Orchard.  What better place could there be to have an outdoor or barn wedding or celebrate a special event?

Starting in 2018 we will begin renting the orchard out for weddings and events during the off season (early Spring until opening day).

For rentals from August to November, call the market at 440-224-0639 for availability outside of normal business hours.  

The market can accomodate up to 100 guests or up to 200 indoors and outdoors.

Rental Includes:

• Full use of the market and grounds
• Eight 5′ round tables and 64 chairs are available for use at the event.
  • (these are high quality Lifetime molded tables and chairs)
• Numerous cafe tables and chairs as well as picnic tables and benches.  
• Portable Restroom Trailer is included in the rental. 
• Market will be cleaned and set as it is during the season, grounds mowed
• Slush machines and popcorn machine are available for an additional charge

Rental Rates

• Wedding Rental – $3000
• 8 Hour Event Rental – $1000
• 4 Hour Event Rental – $500

• Wedding rentals include setup the day before and cleanup the day after the event.
• Eight hour one day rentals require setup / cleanup the same day.
• Four hour rental allow for setup / cleanup 2 hours before and after the event time.
