  • Red Delicious – Sweet and great for eating.  A fall classic.
  • Ida Red – A Jonathan cross with an aromatic and moderately tat flavor.  An excellent keeper for the winter.
  • Empire – McIntosh / Red Delicious Cross with a sweet / tart flavor. A great eating apple.
